ACE Interview Method provides online courses and coaching on job applications, interviews, resume reviews, and salary negotiations.

4. Payments and Refunds
All fees must be paid before accessing courses.
Refund requests must be made in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds for misuse of services or breach of these terms.

We respect your confidentiality and expect you to respect the privacy of other participants. Unauthorized recording, sharing, or distribution of course content is prohibited.

We provide our services "as is" and make no guarantees regarding job placement, promotions, or salary outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for any indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the services.

All course materials are the property of ACE Interview Method and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.
8. Termination for Breach
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if users violate these terms, including:
Sharing proprietary content.
Providing false or misleading information.
Engaging in inappropriate or abusive conduct.
9. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through negotiation or mediation before legal action.
10. Use of AI & Automation Disclaimer
Some services may use AI-generated content (e.g., resume suggestions). While we strive for accuracy, users should review AI-generated content before use. We are not liable for inaccuracies or misinterpretations arising from AI-generated content.
